Kïrsten Blake is the creator and founder of Chapter Be, an online platform that interviews and highlights people who are charting their own journeys in order to create their own path of being in this world. She's interviewed a large number of entrepreneurs, artists, makers and creative via her podcast, Chapter Be, and storytelling project, The Be Stories. Living by the notion that "not all who wander are lost," Kïrsten Blake has lived and worked in New York City/Brooklyn, Washington D.C., St. Thomas (USVI) and Denver, CO. She worked in the public education field for 10+ years, but in 2011 made the decision to leave her nine-to-five desk job in pursuit of something new.  Since starting Chapter Be, she also writes for The Huffington Post's Third Metric, holds events for those who are in the middle of embarking on their own Chapter Be and continues to work on finding new and innovative ways to approach the field of education.  When she is not working you can find her traveling or spending time with family, friends, and her adorable dog, Harriet Ethel.
